Since it first opened for business in 1986,  Tops Salon has steadily evolved into the impressive venue that it is today.  Under the direction of owner/operator Doug Yeagley, Tops has become one of the preeminent salons in San Diego.

The first impression begins at the entrance, with an artistic metal sculpture garden and copper door that welcomes guests inside to a multi-tiered environment. The number of stations has grown from an initial 11 to the present-day 16, with a chic, mirror-themed design that is home to an eclectic mix of stylists and makeup artists. 

The ambience extends outside, where a covered deck provides the perfect place for clients to relax. This is the entrance to Tops Salon’s unique outdoor setting that presents Cinema Under the Stars, San Diego’s premier outdoor theater. It is also host to special events, private functions and industry seminars on a year ‘round basis.

An ever-changing enterprise, Tops continues to discover new ways to enhance client gratification.
